This statement has been formed in the capacity of data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (Law) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfillment of the Disclosure Obligation and our PPDL Disclosure Statement published on our corporate website.
