HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY

The primary objective of the Human Resources Policy of DIAS Corporate Group to establish an objective and modern human resources structure in line with a ‘human’ oriented approach and to recruit individuals who add value to their work, society and the environment, are open to innovation, have business ethics and adopt continuous development. To achieve this goal, the principles we have adopted with the awareness that investing in people brings success are as follows:

 

  • Human resources processes including recruitment, training, career planning, promotion, wage management, etc. ensure that there is no discrimination based on gender, ethnic origin, religion, language, race, nationality, age, physical capacity, pregnancy, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership, political opinion and similar issues in the work environment, ensuring a working environment based on the principle of equal opportunity and diversity.
