With our internship program, we aim to discover young talents who will lead DIAS Corporate Group into the future and provide students with a real work experience where they can develop their personal and professional competencies. Our internship program applies to university students who have a compulsory internship requirement.
Following the evaluation of the applications made to our advertisement published on the relevant portals, we send face-to-face interview invitations to the intern candidates who meet the appropriate conditions with human resources and relevant department managers. After successfully completing these stages and being evaluated positively, we proceed to the offer stage. We start our internship adventure within our Group companies with our colleagues who accept our offer.
Following the end of the internship program, we evaluate the process together and receive the opinions and suggestions of both our interns and our managers. We register the interns who are evaluated as positive in our database to be considered for recruitment in the future.
